Michael Limsky graduated from the University of Maryland – College Park with B.S. double major degree in Finance and Economics, and then obtained his Juris Doctorate from Howard University and his Masters in Taxation LL M. degree from Georgetown University.  He became a member of the Maryland Bar in 1987. With an extensive background in Business Law and Taxation, Michael Limsky has focused his practice on dental and veterinary practice transactions, as well as Federal and State Taxation, Business planning, general business transitions, Mergers and Acquisitions, contracts, Estate and Trust Planning, Real Estate, and Estate Administration. He has represented countless dentists, veterinarians, physicians, and other professionals in the acquisition and sale of their professional practices, along with general representation of small and midsize businesses.
